Unhappy Client

I never though I will one day be writing a review on this platform but I am left without a choice but to express my frustration regarding an Ariston Instant water heater that I purchased from Brights Hardware In Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The geyser only warms water, failing to heat it properly, which defeats its purpose.

I have sought assistance from the Brights Hardware team multiple times, yet I have received no resolution or support. Moreover, I was denied the option to exchange it for a different model, (the geyser that I initially wanted) leaving me with a faulty product and no alternatives. I had initially gone to buy a 30lt geyser and the salesman at brights convinced us to buy the instant water heater.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others about the lack of quality and customer service associated with Ariston Instant Water Heaters. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and address these issues for future customers. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ARISTON GEYSERS.
