POOR quailty Geysers

Bought a 150 liter Ariston Geyser from MRM Plumbing in August 2024. in October 2024, the geyser was leaking water out the gasket. when we investigated, we found that the whole geyser was rusted on the inside as well as the element housing which is *****ed into the geyser. the thread of the *****s was worn away by the rest and caused a loose fit resulting in a leaking gasket. we called the company who sent out a team who advised that the geyser was installed on its side rather than on its top and therefore the warranty was void. I argued that this was a factory fault and the rust inside the geyser had nothing to do with the installation position, and it would be impossible for a geyser to rust in 2 months of use.

we have still not been re-imbursed for the faulty geyser or the geyser been replaced.
