The worst experience ever! Inferior quality, obviously, as the geyser burst well before its warranty expired. But even worse, all kinds of excuses made and procedural conditions imposed before the so-called warranty can be met. LOTS of excuses, seemingly to avoid honoring the warranty. No wonder, judging by the number of very poor ratings on online platforms. Should be ashamed of yourselves...
