Never use Ariston HeatTech products!

Absolutely ********** service! Do not install these geysers! They usually leak within 2 years of installation unfortunately within the warranty period. Ariston will give you the run around and make it as difficult as possible to get assistance. This is done in order to frustrate the customer so that you end up just changing the geyser yourself without them bearing financial implications of defective manufacturing. There plumbers Oxyros do not work overtime and are very obnoxious as customers are forced to deal with this one star rated plumbing company as they are the only plumbers contracted by Ariston to service certain areas. We have been waiting for nearly a week for a faulty geyser installed 22 months ago to be replaced.

Obrey Motseyo at the service department constantly changes their company policy stating increasingly limited hours of service and availability. He even had the audacity to request that we pay their plumbers overtime if they replace the geyser after 16:00.

Avoid the trouble! Do not use this brand! Defective products and impossible to replace in the warranty period.
