Horrible after sales don't buy this brand it's expensive for nothing

Horrible after sales service, sent a WhatsApp to two people already, the geyser is brand new but it's never worked it just keeps flashing an E50 error message and they took down contact details along with the pictures they requested but no one is coming back to us even after following up.
