Bad Services from Ariston heat tech

I have bought 7 geysers from them. Within two week of using the geyser, the geyser was not heating up the water and not showing the geyser light. I called them severally and spoke to them via watup. NO HELP was so ever! They ask u to send them the video of the installation and all but no help. They sell there geyser that it has a warranty and they will come to ur place to assist but that all a lie! Bad services
