Bad service all round Ariston Heat Tech

Shocking service. expect you as the customer to do all the leg work so they can save themselves a call out. The unit is most def under warranty and these people are finding any excuse not to service/replace unit. I contacted the rep for the area and they will back up the service department as that saves them from doing any work either. I am at a loss for word. will not use their products ever again or any agent that supplies their geysers or any related products.
