Ariston HeatTech Poor afterservice support and no value system

Very poor service and not honoring warranty claim completely. They sent a plumber who did not want to install the 150l geyser yet he had access via the trap door and there was sufficient space for him to work. I had to incur own costs to get a another plumber to install the geyser going into the trap door and he took approx 1hr to finish the job. Ariston uses shoddy plumbers who lie and they dont honour any installation costs as they trying to get around paying their own plumbers for installation or adhoc costs. Very dissatisfied with manager response as he did not want to help with the installation costs whatsover even after letting him know how ********* his plumber was by not fitting the geyser. No values in this firm.
