Appalling customer service!

I am absolutely appalled by the customer support on their WhatsApp line. I reached out because the button on the front of my Ariston product isn’t working. Instead of providing clear answers or solutions, they gave short, dismissive replies and kept telling me to "speak to the plumber." I asked valid questions about their faulty product, but they never explained properly or took the time to help.

This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. If this is the level of support offered, I would never recommend buying from them. Save yourself the frustration – look elsewhere!
