Best flats in Springs

I lived at Ariston Court for around 10 years and was very happy there. It's a quiet complex with tenants who have lived there in excess of 20 years. The landlady is very accommodating but takes no nonsense from tenants who don't follow the rules as set out in the lease. According to the new laws as stipulated by Ekhurhuleni metropolitan municipality, all electricity accounts are sent on the Company's bill. The landlady sends a message at the end of each month, informing tenants of the amount they've used. She actually cuts each "bill" out and gives it to the tenant when they pay. Best of all is that you don't pay for water, and even though each dustbin costs the company over R200 a month, she supplies these free of charge. The gardens at Ariston Court are beautiful and well-maintained, as is the case with walkways and staircases. There are rodent control boxes all around the building and I personally never experienced any problem. The interior of the flats is kept pristine by the owner. When I moved in I never had to buy one curtain runner or stopper. Every drainage plug had chain attached, the toilet was spotless, as we're the carpets. Fresh paint on the walls and all electrical points in working order. This lady obviously takes pride in her flats. The previous review I read seemed to have nothing good to say, but in all honesty, I can only think that the gentleman must not have adhered to the rules and is therefore merely lashing out as a result of being admonished by the landlady.
