FANTASI STUDIO'S HORRIBLE SERVICE

Used the services of Fantasi Studio's - Arishad Satter to take pictures at my wedding. Agreed before hand that the photoshoot pics be done after the actual wedding day. About 9 months to a year after the wedding set up an appointment for the wedding photo shoot pictures.

No feedback given from Arishad regarding the timeline to receive the pics. Eventually started following up but only excuses upon excuses received from him. He was relocating his studio, had a power surge and basically lost the pics, requested a refund, promised would refund, than miraculously found the pics promised would sort out asap. Its been over a year since the pics were taken and still waiting some feedback.

Pathetic service, unprofessional, no response to constant follow ups, no refund!!!
