Safety concerns

Safety concerns - will never go to Aronia again On Saturday 8.10.2022 I went with a group to the Aronia Day Spa. On our way to our next treatment we had to go down the steps to the downstairs area. The steps had been washed!???? and were full of water with no notification that they were wet. It is inconceivable that the Spa would wash the steps when the place was full of patrons. It was an accident waiting to happen. Well, I stepped onto the first step, slipped and went flying down the steps. I am in my 70s and fortunately I did not break any bones or hurt my back, but an covered in bruises all over my legs and arms. I can barely walk and am hobbling around. I cannot get around very easily as my right leg and foot are very painful and black with bruises, this affects my job. The manager on duty was an excellent first aider but this should never have been necessary. I could not continue with my treatments and to add insult to injury the Spa did not even offer to refund my money or give me the opportunity to go back and finish my treatments when I was able. They did hot and cold presses for the rest of the afternoon to assist with the swelling and bruising. They obviously considered they had done their bit.
