Had the most horrible experience here after coming in for a relaxing treatment it turned out to be even more stressful. After writing this review on other platforms i got threatened with legal action in my private inbox for an honest review. Equipment is not serviced, clients are made to use malfunctioning bathrooms; and staff are left to deal with irrate clients on their own.they offer a service which includes the use of turmeric paste all over your body yet they do not have the adequate wash up facilities. 3 different showers malfunctioned and a tub had the plug stuck in there when l had to drain the bath tub, it was so difficult washing off this paste in the bath tub in the first place. After all this unnecessary chaos the owner Tasneem had the nerve to offer my partner a discount of 200rands after we had given the the******s a gratuity of R800, that's like a slap in the face. Service recovery methods leave a lot to be desired. The manager Asanda is equally *********** and poorly skilled to deal with clients. After the attitude exhibited by the owner though, not surprised at all. I will tell anyone that cares to listen never to use this spa. Its not worth the trouble or the buck. Do not waste your money there look for other options instead.
