Hair fall after a indian head massage

I went for an india head massage yesterday- i left with my hair knotted to the point that it took my mom 2 hours to get all the knots out . I had so much hair loss and when phoning to ask for a manager to take my complaint we got told that there is no one to help us . R850 for my hair to fall out !!! Dont go there !!!
