Aronia spa terrible service

I went to Aronia Day Spa on my birthday on 25 July and did not have a pleasant experience. When you arrive, you are not even offered water or any refreshment. I had to ask for it while in the treatment room. I had a facial and the the****** didn't bother to explain which products would be used on my skin. Biggest regret! I developed a bad rash and sore ****les after that and informed them about it, they promised to get back to me but haven't. Even when I was done with the treatment, no one showed me facilities I could use while I was there.

This is the second and last time I am ever going to that spa. The first time it was extremely noisy and change rooms were untidy. This recent experience has convinced me to never go back.
