ARONIA RENEGES ON AGREEMENT

I reported in October that I had, had an accident at Aronia Day Spa as they were washing steps and there was no notice on the steps and I fell down the flight of steps. The manager at the time said they were at fault as they should have had a wet floor notice up and they did not. Aronia supsequently advised they would pay all medical costs. Well they have reneged on their promise and refused to pay costs advising that I should have advised reception that the steps were wet? What?????????? I was upstairs and stepped onto the first step and went flying. What a lousy company. I would not support them ever again and would advise that people find elsewhere to go for their treatments as there are no guarantees with this company
