Aronia Day Spa in Houghton is A Horrible Establishement with rude staff

Today I recieved the worst service me ridicule from 3 black girls at Aronia Day Spa in Houghton . We made an booking and paid prior to our arrival only to be met with a rude girl deemed the manager in a white dress who ridiculed us in the establishment .There we’re changes to our booking not communicated to us timeously or with effective concern to ensure we knew . The worst service I have ever experience in all my spa experiences.This manager girl was abrasive , rude and showed no concern to resolve our issue as a key basic customer service principle . Trash !
