Ariona Day Spa

This Spa has the most pathetic customer service I have come across. Being a regular spa person I highly disappointed. I booked a couples ceremony package to the value of R 3500 and said not receive any service. We were booked for 9am on the 11.12.2018 we arrive at 8:40 am and was told to wait in the pause area. At 10am there was no sign of treatments so my husband went to the front desk were they told him they double booked and now running late as they only do one package a day and by error booked another however no one bothered to inform us also they were so unprofessional in handling the issue I would never go back there.
