Faulty products, No assistance! BAD SERVICE!!!!

Baught a unit through takealot, sent it back as it didn't work.

Received a 2nd unit, it works however just for an hour and turns off again, its fully charged and permanently plugged in.

Sent emails, posted in Facebook and no one helps?

Personally I don't recommend this product. I would say you should just close your company
