Arion Power, WiBox no support

After doing some research for a UPS solution for the WiFi and Fibre routers, I came across Arion Power and their WiBox. I bought two of the units on 11 March 2022 and was very impressed with the quick delivery. I set them up, nice and easy. The Load Shedding hit 12 April. The one unit worked great and lasted right through without any issues and still does. The second unit however, turned off as soon as it lost power. So far I have sent 3 emails to Arion Power requesting assistance or refund or replacement. Its been 3 weeks and not one reply. If you are going to buy one of these units, do so with the expectation that you will be on your own and they will not assist you with any problems on your unit.
