I regret doing business

I moved from nelspruit to Johannesburg. The vehicle stuck on the road, had accident broke my 2 TV LCD TVs. Now they are ignoring my calls . They said they have insurance. I believe they are lying. Don't even have a head office to go see them. A block of flats. I lost money doing business with them. Incident happened 27 November and still no payout from their insurance. They don't call you back. They blame you, the communicatio is poor
