Don't use Arion Logistics

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I relocated from Johannesburg to Cape town on the 26/09/2021. My furniture was supposed to be collected at 7am on the 25th and delivered on the 26th. I received written confirmation of these dates from Arion and planned my trip down accordingly. Firstly the truck only arrived at 11am. My furniture only arrived on the 29th. I had to pay for accomodation for me and my family due to them not delivering on time which cost me R6000 which I had not budgeted for. When my furniture arrived eventually, I was told I had to pay an extra R4000 over and above my original quote before they would off load and they basically held me to randsom. When unpacking, I found I was missing items like my power drill and pop rivet gun. The LNB from my dish is also missing. All my glasses in a box clearly marked "Glass Fragile" were broken. I feel they should reimburse me for my accommodation. I have emailed them with my complaint and still haven't received a response. I feel I should be reimbursed for all extra expenses, ******, broken items and unnecessary stress they caused me
