poor customer service and lack of communication

I bought a wheel suitcase on 14 December 2014 at Arina bags in mayvill mall. Took it back to the shop on 8 January 2015 for repair. They assured me that the bag will be ready in about a week's time. It has been 2 months and I have had no feed back what a so ever . I went back for a refund because of their poor customer sevice and lack of communication. They have not yet refunded me and it seems as if they are deliberately staling the prosess.
