Fkng Useless. If you have a problem with your decoder go to a Multichoice walk in centre. This includes if you're decoder are insured. They rip you off with refurbished decoders even if the insurance contract state otherwise. Stay away. Bad bad bad service. Take no responsibility and make the problem the customer's. I was about to cancel everything when a real Multichoice agent helped me on the phone. Go to a real Multichoice walk in centre. These are only BS agents. Useless. Welcome in SA. This company definitely fits the norm on non service delivery in this country. They should be incorporated into government.
