DSTV Arial Excellence

DSTV told me to go into a accredited DSTV service provider to swap out my explora remote with was faulty - so I went into Arial Excellence at Greenstone Crescent they told me they didn't have stock but I could buy a new one for R250 - is that not stock ? shocking service - and attitude - don't go near them
