They don't explicitly tell you the credit card conditions and charge a penalty even though they didn't tell you properly

<p>I booked a car with the company and they did not explicitly quantify the the cedit card terms until you've paid and then they email to you in BIG - oh yeah and have R24 000 in your credit card.</p> <p>How on earth are they accepting debit cards if they won't take you debit card in the first place when you collect the car?! And sufficient fund does is not enough to say how much should be in the card. Anyway I booked and 30 minutes later when I opened my confirmation email I realised I had to cancel and I lost R169.18 for nothing.</p>
