Closed Office- No Refund

I used Argus Car Hire in December of 2024. I arrived on time for my car rental yet the office was completely closed. I provided documentation for this, photos and a time stamped receipt from the competitor car rental company I was forced to rent from at a massive expense. Argus Car Hire refused to compensate my booking and stated "I did not show up for my rental". When I asked how they could justify this response based on my documentation, they closed my case with no refund.
