ARGUS CAR HIRE NO CAR NO ASSISTANCE

******* service. After sending us to two agencies in La Spezia there was no car available. We booked and paid 8 months in advance. We incurred about 400 Euros in additional costs apart from the payments we made. After giving us the run around for a month they welshed out of paying for our costs. They sent us to a specific agent. The agent then said they no longer have an agreement with the company. We phoned the call centre who mailed us another voucher and sent us across town for another car. On arriving the company new nothing about us. After a 100 Euros worth of calls to the very *********** call centre we were stranded. There were no cars available and we had to change our holiday plans. DO not use ARGUS. They do not care about their customers at all. We are still waiting for the 3 consultants who promised to call us back. It is just 62 days ago. STAY AWAY
