Worst Pension Fund Company

I've been having serious problems for over 10 years with this particular company in regards to my late father's pension surplus funds to no available help but instead continuos bad attitude and service from the administrators of my late father's fund, they refusing to pay the monies to his depends/attorneys also pointed to act on our behalf telling us it's a bad idea to have attorneys acting on our behalf cause of fees they charge yet at the same time not willing to let the beneficiaries have these funds paid to them directly. I've never had to deal with such poor service and non sensical treatment of human beings as just another number on the companies system instead of treating each case based on it's individual merits. We've been refereed to the Masters court by Ina an administrator of the fund and were told in both the JHB and PTA courts of the procedures of such cases which she too was informed by the court official but her attitude instead of helping us she just uttered \ go to another court \" when we have attorneys acting for us and they refuse to hand over the funds to them. This issue has been such a thorn to our family that I even lost my job running around for nothing"
