Provident Fund payout

<p>Vmed employees was retrenched last year July 2016, had a Provident Fund with AON that was liquidated and payment instructions was handed over to Argen Actuarial Solutions. They received the go ahead to payout to all the members that belonged to the Vmed/Liberty Group last week in May 2017. Members was informed that the payout will take 3 - 4 weeks, to date no payments were received. Everytime you follow up and call them they got another reason for non payment or where they are still waiting for the Tax Directive, when you call again, they still need to do the bank confirmation. We have left the Company a year ago to be exact and still received no payment. I find this service unacceptable and herendous.</p>
