provident fund payment

Argen are supposed to payout the remaining balance of my Provident Fund. I submitted my form on the 18 September 2015 and was informed that there is a legal process to follow and payments are only due in February 2016. I have been patient until thus far but have found that this past month has been a nightmare for me as I can phone daily and email daily and get two different responses from the same person. I am totally not amused. They say they have thousands of clients and do thy get the same feedback? I have been **** to and betrayed by a company who say they are professional. All I want is the remaining balance of my provident fund but now they say there are hiccups and can only pay end of March. I have all the emails and records from them and nothing has been done. ARGEN as a company sucks as they are full of ****.
