Worst service ever

The worst bus service ever. They treat people like they doing them a favour. Especially theruth mompati station. The buses come and goes as they like. I mean theres a time frame for reason. You get to the station at 9 and u stand there with no one saying anything until u approach them busy with their cell phones and all you get is "bus is delayed and we do tknow why" after u demand an answer since u cant just stand there being late they call and the attitude that comes with the feedback"the bus just left depot at 10 so it will get here at 11 if theres no trafic" and on they continue with their phone. If the bus drivers are not swearing at passengers because they are commenting on how late the bus is well they move before older people seat down. I had to catch one baby flying off coz well the driver just cnt wait for them to seat down. **** service. They act like its a free service delivery no maan
