Unfair treatment of commuters
I recently needed to use the Pretoria BRT service (Areyeng) for transportation on the evening of 12/03/2018, Tuesday and what I got there was a ward of shooking service and mistreatment of commuters. I went there with my nephew to purchase a ride and enquire as it was my first (and surely my last!!) time using this service, so I get there I ask the lady at the window for two tickets to Lofts and this lady first refuses to assist me claiming she's cashing up and closing this is at about 20:17pm whereas the station and purchases closes at 20:30pm, the station and the terminals does not even have a disclaimer stating that sales stop before the station closes so I ask why is she not able to assist and she starts shouting and arguing with me while I continue to ask in a calm mood/voice. So then the security personal approaches' the situation and instead of assisting us he also starts shouting and screaming closing down the bus stop (ahead of time!), he then claims in he's words that "I own this bus stop and I makes he rules" therefore insinuating that he will not treat us in a fair manner and kindly assist us to leave the station. All in all these staff member's refuse to assist commuters and claim that their registration process for cards takes up to 10mins and therefore they refused to assist us and kicked us out of the station, this is the Genereal M. Siphotumla/Hatfield station! I'm appalled at this behaviour and the disregard to the commuters safety and right to fair service by your staff member's and I refuse to sue this service ever again!!
