Areyeng is failing to service the people of Tshwane.

Hi,

I am highly disappointed with the time of service provided by Areyeng.

I have been a loyal costumer using their busses on the Gezina route but right now I am ****ed off by the services they are providing, because I am arrivinglate at work. There isn't enough busses allocated for Gezina/Sunnyside route, we wait at Wonderboom Station every morning for more than an hour while every other route is allocated a bus and there are busses just waiting.

THEIR staff is very *********** not forgetting rude and I fail to understand why they have employed a lot of people who don't even know what costumer service is, I was ill treated by one Oscar Mashabela(Not even sure if he gave the correct name) who even refused to speak to someone from their call centre. If this matter is not attended to we will be forced to mobilize against them because they've changed our transport system but are failing to service us.
