Impossible to get missing parts

I bought an expensive kit form the local suppliers and discovered ta the detailed instructions were missing. It too more than 3 months and continuous follow up to eventually get the instructions. There are also missing parts that were requested more than 4 months ago and there is still no response form either the agent or manufacturer on this request
