****** AND TERRIBLE HOSPITALITY

My family and I went to Arendsnes on the 01/01/18 and we waited almost an hour before somebody came to assist us at reception, thereafter we were spoken to in the worst manner by the two so called owners of the place, they were disrespectful not hospitable at all and they were plain down rude and they deserver to be closed down at the rate they are going, the conditions of the toilets were pathetic and dark and the signage is horrible, they threaten to call the police because we used a braai stand that was restricted they made such a scene as well as put out people that were staying at the chalet there, something needs to be done about these two gentlemen that think because the own the property or whatever that they can go around being rude and treating people badly, we paid to enter into there premises which was extremely terrible and not worth the money to be treated and spoke to like we were there for free and just doing as we please, this is by far the worst resort to go to on the vaal and I hope this review gets major action taken against these two gentlemen that need to get with the times and learn about proper etiquette when it comes to hospitability
