They make all promises and expect you first to pay 50% of the amount of car that you want and then the so called manager calls you to say that they need the rest of the money just to be sure nobody else takes the car. This was Saturday 5th of November 2022 they told me that I will receive the car on Monday before 12 that afternoon and that they deliver nationwide. And the next excuse is they don't pick up the phone when you try to contact them to find out what is going on why is it taking so long,and then the driver call to say the truck broke down and that he is waiting for the office to call he to tell him what to do,they got a courier company as what they have told me and expect me to pay another 3k for it to be delivered to me. As I refuse to give them the money and the driver can't even send me proof that he is for sure in the town where he says he is because he only has a small phone and can't take pictures but in the mean time when I called him it doesn't even sound close as if he is standing next to the road and you don't hear any cars driving by,what you do hear is that it sounds like he is in a office and not even near a truck or car that is driving by. So please I just lost 50k out of my Provident money because I needed a car urgently to go to work again because I'm a qualified fitter that just got retrenched 2 months ago and then this happens to me,so please If you see them on Facebook don't even bother if you are desperate for a car. They are people that feels nothing for others and only think of themselves and not bothered if you are having a difficult time in your life. So please people don't even try because they will do anything to get there money and the only thing that you have is the proof of payment that you made to them.
