Wow, speechless to say the least
Absolutely terrible customer service. On the 29th of November 2020 we did not receive our Sunday Times. Upon calling the subscription holiness, no agent answers as everyone is working from home. Sent countless sms messages to 43331, still nothing. I received an email stating that a newspaper would be distributed or rather that the distribution team was notified. Today, the 30th of November we called the Sunday Times office only to be met with two arrogant receptionists. Muriel has to take the cake with customer service, she was rude and even had the audacity to say that I, the customer am rude and that her colleague is laughing. That is how your staff treats customers, by laughing at them. Thats superb. Furthermore she can't tell me about any agent as they're all working from home. So my question is, what if we continously lack delivery of our paper? If I call frustrated because I have paid for this service, I am laughed at. No agents are calling us back. Is this how the company is run these days where staff does this to customers? Oh and whoever deals with the complaint can look at the records of how many channels we have visited before getting to our boiling point. Then maybe Muriel can use the word "jirre" to us.
