Sunday Times - *********** call centre
Arena Holdings were unable to allocate a payment I made via EasyPay in December 2019 and to date I have short deliveries of the Sunday Times and weekly e-mails requesting payment else my subscription will be suspended. The call centre is unable to process e-mails and provide feedback and instead have been sending back the same e-mail I send them - this has been going on since last week. I've requested the matter be escalated and it seems this is not possible or is being ignored and I'm left to deal with an *********** call centre. I regret having subscribed to this newspaper.

In addition I received a call from someone 2 weeks ago trying to sell me another subscription however I brought to her attention that I did not receive the Sunday Times that week and she agreed to look into it and revert. I have had no further response since.
