Poor Service from Arena Holdings on , non delivery of goods

I have a Car magazine subscription that was started and paid for in May 2020.

I have yet to receive a single copy delivered to my home.

Was advised by Arena Holdings that a copy will be delivered in 3 days on (12 July 2020) it is now 22 July and no delivery received as yet. I got emails from Brendon Nell and Tamzin Titus is also on the email but no response.

Poor service! poor communication
