NO SERVICE DELIVERY

Once again, there is NO SERVICE DELIVERY from Arena Holdings. We keep getting an e-mail saying there are problems and the magazine section of the FINANCIAL TIMES WEEKENDER will not be delivered this week, but we will get it next week. WE NEVER DO GET IT!!! When we e-mail them, we get an automated reply that someone will contact us. THIS NEVER HAPPENS!!!! How can Arena Holdings be in business when there is NO SERVICE DELIVERY, ONLY LIES?
