*********** "service" from Sunday Times (Arena Holdings)

For some years I have subscribed to the Sunday Times (account number ***).. The most recent subscription period expired on 5 December 2021. I have not renewed my subscription as, since 23 September 2021, I have not received the TimesLive daily news e-mail which is part of the subscription. Ongoing correspondence with Arena Holdings for some months has proved fruitless. The responses are nonsensical and ***********. I am told to change my password, even though I have repeatedly explained that the TimesLive e-mail does not require a password - and, in any case, if I am not receiving the e-mails, how do I change the password? I will NOT renew my subscription if this situation is not resolved an I receive that for which I pay. I can provide copies of the correspondence.
