Funds ****** by Arena Holdings/The Link Group

I was offered an annual subscription to Sunday Times and advised delivery will commence 13-Feb-2022. I was then advised my payment was short by R0.05 and my subscription will be halted yet the full amount as requested was paid. I was thereafter advised that my subscription is in order and I should expect my delivery on 13-Feb-2022 however no newspaper was delivered on 13-Feb-2022. I have queried this and no response on the matter.
