Charged for delivery for two months - yet to see a newspaper.

I subscribed to the print edition a month ago. Only after me asking numerous times why delivery was not happening was I informed that deliveries are not made to Durban anymore. I asked for a credit and to change my subscription to have access to the website only - and after much patience and many promises made over a month, and being told this was finally concluded a few days ago - I was still charged the wrong price, being for the print edition. I love this publication but this service is atrocious. I want a full refund for two months and a cancellation entirely, please.
