ARENA HOLDINGS

Arena Holdings must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. MOST DISGUSTED. I have a subscription for the Sunday Times. Every 2nd/3rd Sunday I get a NON DELIVERY. I spend most of my Sunday mornings calling their offices to find out where is my paper delivery. Their staff is so well trained to make excuses and promises. It is exceptional. I wish their delivery service could be the same. By the way you will be promised to get a call from a senior, DREAM ON it never happens. They also refuse to give you the delivery persons number. This is TOP SECRET. I was also told my paper is being ****** . After investigating it was delivered to the block /building next door.Please people out there take care on which papers you have subscriptions. I get other papers delivered to me with no problems what so ever. Not once. By the way I have cancelled this subscription via telephone and email. They persist on not cancelling, But no improvement to the delivery service. YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT NEED THE BUSINESS IN THIS TRYING TIMES OF OUR ECONOMY. DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED CLIENT.
