A Nightmare would be pleasant compared to dealing with Arena Holdings

Be careful of this company and subscriptions to the Sunday Times or other publications. My debit order was rejected as they took it a day early last month. I immediately contacted them to make a manual payment and did so. Since then I have had THREE weeks of countless emails, being told anything and everything from - my subscription is in arrears, to you have lost proof of payment to you need a second payment, to I am in credit of more than a month's subscription and my subscription will be reinstated on the 28 March 2020 - this came and went with no newspaper delivery. Really tired of this time wasting.
