Sorry, there should be no star in the rating - This site advertises various goods for sale, among others they have adjustable reading glasses. I placed an order for two pairs and payed on 23 May 2020, I have tried to make inquiries regarding the status and estimated delivery date, each time they send you an automated response stating that shipping cam take from 2-6 weeks, I have even emailed requesting the contact details of the CEO and still the same response of shipping takes 2-6 weeks. It is now more than 6 weeks since i placed my order AND made payment still i have had no reaction from anyone. No matter what you inquiry, even when I requested a refund due to bad service/non delivery the response is the same. I think it is totally unacceptable that there is no decent response to a clients genuine concern. Yes they have excellent reviews on their site but I must say that this is the biggest disappointment i have ever had in dealing with online shopping and would advise against getting involved with this company. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS
