Unbelievable how a travel Company can get away with what this lady has Paid for holiday vouchers and made a booking for our family holiday Received confirmation and when I phoned hotel to check on unit numbers there were no bookings Then began weeks of promises and lies Our holiday date passed and we never went and dhe is now ignoring my messages and sms and calls Unbelievable people please stay away I am talking to a lawyer to try and get my money back as she has also promised refunds that never happened
