Faulty Bracelet

I bought a birthstone bracelet for my wife in Decenber 2025 which cost me R800 after 5 months the twine where the beads are laced through came loose the beads started fading in colour as well.The small cross attached to the bracelet also fell off due to inferior quality they use to make this product.I emailed their support team to ask if they can assist in trying to change it as they have a clause that says that the company will replace their product if it has a manufacture faults within 2yrs of purchase.I send them photos to show what the defect was but was told that they will not entertain my complaint as they can't see any defect.Either they are blind or just do not want to go the extra mile and assist a customer with a legit complaint.So if anyone is seeing this stay away from their website as they advertise inferior products you will be wasting your money
