Bad service from Arconpark Guest House in Vereeniging

I booked to sleep on the 28 July 2025 because I was attending a friend's birthday party and didn't want to drive back in the early hours of the morning. When I came to check in in the early hours, I find that my room has been allocated to someone else. I had to drive to Jo'burg in those early hours because I had nowhere to sleep.
